The entire process was seamless, and the team demonstrated an unwavering commitment to fulfilling all my requests with professionalism and kindness. The vehicle, though pre-owned, was presented in immaculate condition, giving the impression of a new car delivery. Special recognition is due to Alex, whose service was both exceptionally friendly and remarkably helpful. His empathy and generosity were evident throughout our interactions.     I went to change tires for winter. Excellent service. Nice lounge and coffee available. Everyone was nice and they wash the car before handing it to me.

    I had a wonderful experience from a sales person named Alex Duoangsiddhi at Volvo Cars Mont Royal in Montreal. Alex was very helpful and a man of his word. I placed a deposit for a Volvo XC60 T8 but could not pick it up (from another province) about two months later. He trusted me and held the car and was very accommodating. Alex convinced his manager to hold the car for me for the extended period. I appreciate Alex and Mont Royal Volvo in helping close the deal. I would definitely choose their dealership again and would recommend Alex as your salesman. Btw, Alex came to the airport to meet and drive me to the dealership. Along the way, I got to know Alex even more. He is a genuine and caring person and would go out of his way to ensure you are satisfied. Thanks Alex.

    I’ve serviced my Volvo for the first time this week and have had a great experience altogether: - booking the appointment with a service manager was very easy and the system-generated email summary was helpful to plan the time in my calendar - the service manager was very courteous and thorough at the drop-off and pick-up, taking all the time needed to answer additional questions I had about the car (unrelated to the service) - the waiting area is confortable and well equipped (see photos). - the sales rep came to greet me and inquired at length about my experience with the XC90 moreover as I was new to the brand - I also had not felt ANY pressure during the sales process, and the rep had been very attentive to my needs. - the service was done on-time, on-spec, and on-budget. Altogether my experience has been nothing but excellent - kudos to everyone involved in the process!
